Mid- to Senior-Level Programmer

Can you juggle?  Code with one hand tied to a caffeinated beverage? Dream in C++? Talk to us.

  • Minimum 5 years experience professional programming.
  • BS in CS or equivalent experience.
  • Solid grasp of OOP, without being infatuated by it.
  • Preferably at least two shipped titles.
  • An interest in designing and writing a lot of systems from the ground up that form the basis of a custom engine.
  • Independent thinker, but is a team player and collaborates well.
  • Fast but thorough.
  • C++ and some C# experience.  WxWidgets desirable.

Character Artist

The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
  • 3+ years in the games industry, or a strong reel.
  • Capable of production quality textures in 2D in Photoshop and modeling in Max or Maya.  Knowledge of Mudbox, ZBrush, and other emerging production tools is important.
  • Strong desire to work with a very tight-knit team and on short timeline games.
  • Good communication skills, can work with publisher's art director or from style guides.
  • Can be self-directed and motivated.  Small teams require more hats and less oversight.

Character Animator

The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
  • 3+ years in the games industry, or a strong reel.  Traditionally trained animator preferred.
  • Can do production quality 2D/3D animation in either Max or Maya.
  • Fast, but loves making details in characters come to life.
  • Has stylized influences, but can work with realistic characters.
  • Strong desire to work with a very tight-knit team and on short timeline games.
  • Good communication skills, tactful but honest.
  • Can be self-directed and motivated.  Small teams require more hats and less oversight.
